goyopAI Sound(이하 "서비스")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 비롯한 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

서비스는 사용자의 개인정보를 외부에 판매하지 않습니다. 단, 아래의 외부 AI 제공자에게 프롬프트와 참조 데이터가 처리 목적으로 전달됩니다.

5. 보유 및 파기

계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제(법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관)
생성 오디오: Cloud Storage에 업로드 후 180일 자동 삭제
분석 데이터: 통계 목적 무기한 보관(개인 식별 정보는 가명화)
서버 액세스 로그: 30일

6. 사용자의 권리

열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 요청: 아래 연락처로 요청
회원 탈퇴: 앱 내 프로필 메뉴 → 회원 탈퇴 (즉시 영구 삭제)
동의 철회: Google 계정 → 보안 → 타사 액세스 권한 → goyopAI Sound 제거

7. 쿠키 및 로컬 저장소

본 서비스는 추적 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 로그인 세션과 언어 설정에 한해 브라우저의 localStorage를 사용합니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
저장 데이터 암호화(GCP 기본 암호화)
접근 권한 최소화 및 IAM 기반 통제

9. 만 14세 미만 아동

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만임이 확인되면 계정을 즉시 삭제합니다.

goyopAI Sound ("Service") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws including Korea's PIPA. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.

1. Information We Collect

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your data. The following processors receive prompts and reference data to deliver the service:

Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account data: deleted immediately upon account deletion (segregated retention only where required by law)
Generated audio: stored in Cloud Storage and auto-deleted after 180 days
Analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregate, with personally identifying fields pseudonymized
Server access logs: 30 days

6. Your Rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction: contact us using the address below
Account deletion: Profile menu → Delete account (immediate, permanent)
Withdraw consent: Google account → Security → Third-party access → remove goyopAI Sound

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use the browser's localStorage only to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference.

8. Security

HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
Encryption at rest (GCP default)
IAM-based access control with least privilege

9. Children Under 14

The service is not intended for children under 14. We delete any account confirmed to belong to a child under 14.
