Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of goyopAI Sound (the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and members.

2. Service

The Service is a web-based tool that uses AI models to generate and edit audio from text prompts, images, or reference audio.

3. Accounts

• Sign-up is via Google OAuth. One account per person.
• You may not transfer or share your account with others.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Content Rights

• You retain rights to the prompts and references you submit.
• Use of generated audio is subject to the underlying model's license. Stable Audio Open 1.0 is licensed under the Stability AI Community License, which permits free commercial use for entities with under USD 1M annual revenue.
• We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.
• We may use pseudonymized data for aggregate quality analysis.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Generate content that violates law, public morals, or third-party rights
• Submit prompts that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP
• Generate defamatory content, impersonate real people, or harm reputation
• Generate hateful, discriminatory, or child-harmful content
• Overload the Service or bypass it via automation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or call the API outside the official interface
• Access another member's account or data without authorization

6. Usage Limits and Tokens

• The Service grants daily and cumulative token quotas (e.g., 25 tokens per day on the beta free plan).
• Quota policies may change with prior notice.
• Operator-designated master accounts may follow a separate policy.

7. Fees

The Service is currently in beta and free to use. If paid plans are introduced, we will give prior notice and a reasonable transition period for existing users.

8. Service Changes and Suspension

• The operator may suspend the Service for maintenance, third-party API outages, or force majeure.
• The operator may modify or discontinue the Service in whole or in part for business or technical reasons, with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service makes no warranty as to the accuracy, suitability, or legal safety of AI-generated output.
• You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.
• The operator is not directly liable for outages or harms caused by third-party AI providers (Google, Stability AI, ElevenLabs).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months (zero if used for free).

10. Member Obligations

Members must comply with these Terms, operator notices, and applicable law. The operator may restrict access or terminate accounts for violations, with or without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days if the change is adverse to members) before taking effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
